We collect information you submit through applications, audit requests, demo requests, bookings and service forms. This may include your name, business name, work email, phone number, website, city or service area, service type, team capacity and the business problems you ask us to address.

How we use information

We use this information to review fit, prepare requested audits or demos, schedule calls, deliver services, provide support, secure our systems and communicate about First Serve. We do not sell personal information.

CRM and communications

Information may be stored in our customer relationship management system and used to send relevant email, text or phone follow-up. Where calls are recorded or automated systems are used, we will provide any notice or consent required by applicable law. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate forms, scheduling, CRM, communications, hosting and related business functions. Current providers may include Formspree, Calendly, Vercel and, when connected, GoHighLevel. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential browser storage and, if enabled later, limited analytics to understand site performance. This policy will be updated before non-essential tracking is activated where notice or consent is required.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

US and Canadian visitors

First Serve serves businesses in the United States and Canada. Information may be processed in other countries by First Serve or its providers, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.

Your choices
