Terms of Service

1. Services

First Serve provides AI voice agents and customer follow-up services for service businesses. A client's written service agreement defines the exact scope, start date, implementation requirements and included channels.

2. Free calls and demos

A free call or voice agent demo lets you explore the service. Requesting one does not enroll you in a paid service.

3. Fees and outside costs

Fees, billing frequency and any third-party costs will be agreed in writing before paid work begins.

4. Money-back offer: terms to be finalized

The website advertises 10+ booked jobs in 21 days or your money back. The definition of a booked job, measurement period, client responsibilities, refund amount and claim process still need to be specified in the written agreement. This draft does not establish those terms.

5. Client responsibilities and compliance

The client confirms that it owns or is authorized to use all contact lists, content, accounts and materials it provides. The client is responsible for its offers, licenses, pricing, estimates, service quality and compliance with applicable calling, recording, text-message, email, privacy, advertising and consumer-protection laws. First Serve may pause activity that appears unlawful, misleading or unsafe.

6. Accounts, data and third-party platforms

The client will provide timely, secure access to required systems. First Serve may use CRM, calendar, communications, hosting, analytics and payment providers to deliver the service. Third-party availability, policies and charges are outside First Serve's control.

7. Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. Ownership and permitted use of new websites, automations, campaigns, templates, data and creative work will be stated in the applicable written agreement. First Serve branding and reusable systems may not be copied or resold without written permission.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation notice, final billing, transition assistance and any refund rights are governed by the signed service agreement. Except for an expressly approved written guarantee or where law requires otherwise, fees already earned and third-party expenses are non-refundable.

9. Service limitations

Results depend on market demand, competition, pricing, reputation, service capacity, client response and other factors. First Serve does not promise search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services or results outside an approved written guarantee. Liability limits, dispute procedures and governing law must be completed in the signed agreement after legal review.
